Classes and schedules
STEPS: A medium-hight intensity workput with movements on and around the step to improve coordination.
ZUMBA: Dance based on Latin American music and simple choreographic sequences. Ideal for having fun.
INTERVALS: Combination of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening intervals to improve endurance and overall strength.
PILATES: Body toning and mind-body exercise. It re-educates and corrects bad postural habits, increases muscles tone and improves coordination and flexiblity.
BASIC GYM: Overall joints mobility workout for relieving tension, moving and toning the body in general.
BODY COMBAT: Cardiovascular workout based on arm and leg movements to increase strength and tone the body (boxing).
HYPOPRESSIVE METHOD: Posturalre-education, mainly of abdominal and pelvic area. Ideal for postpartum women and to avoid incontinence.
GAC: Localized muscle strengthening exercise for toning buttocks, hips and abdomen.
BELLY DANCE: Activity aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles, improving the pelvic area (to prevent or treat incontinence) and shaping the figure. All in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
YOGA: Sequences of movements and stretches imported from Oriental cultures, whitch help us awaken the senses and attention internally and externally and enhance our body dynamics.
